Chicken Fried Rice

One of the most popular dishes, easy to prepared and with an amazing flavor, it is also a nice way to use leftovers. The dish tastes like heaven.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 4 cups of cold cooked rice.
  • 230 g of cooked chicken.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 1 diced medium onion.
  • 1 diced green onion.
Seasoning
  • Soy sauce.
  • Oyster sauce.
  • Salt, pepper, oil.
Chicken Fried Rice
PREPARATION:
Beat eggs; add a pinch of salt and pepper. You can also add oyster sauce to taste.

Chop the chicken, then add onions and green onions. Heat a wok and add oil, then poor the egg mixture and cook for a while, when it is cooked remove from the wok and cut in strips.

Stir-fry the onions for a few minutes and leave them stand for 5 minutes.

Once again heat the wok at medium temperature, add the rice and start stir-frying it. Add it salt soy sauce, oyster sauce, pepper, chicken onions and combine.

Finally serve it hot. Enjoy!
