Chop Suey

Chop Suey is one of the most famous recipes of the Chinese cuisine and it is well-known all over the world. It is very popular in the entire world because food preparation is pretty easy. Chop Suey is salty vegetables with some kind of meat. Rice or noodles make an excellent accompaniment to this dish.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 Capsicum.
  • 1 zucchini.
  • 2 big leeks.
  • 1 big carrot.
  • 1 chicken breast, (can be pork or cow)
  • 1 clove of garlic.
  • Beansprouts.
  • Ginger.
  • Sugar.
  • Soy sauce.
  • Rice.
  • Salt and pepper.
Chop Suey
PREPARATION:
For food preparation you are will need a wok or a big fryer. First cut capsicum, carrot and zucchini in fine strips and then slice bean-sprouts and garlics. The meat must be cut in medium cubes.

Place the wok on the stove and begin the preparation. Heat oil and then add the meat, carrots, zucchini, capsicum, and finally leeks, bean-sprouts, and garlic all in that order. Stir-fry all ingredients for about 5 minutes.

When the meat is cooked, add the soy sauce, a sugar spoon, and spice with streaky ginger, salt and pepper. Serve the preparation with simple accompaniment such as rice or noodles.
